Vierkant en Rond
'Vierkant en Rond' (Square and Round) is focused on the contrast between the natural (Round) and the digital (Square) world. As a graphic designer you can't escape working with the computer, but I want to work with my hands as well. That's why I chose to work with rough materials like wood and metal and combine this in an audiovisual installation.
I've recorded the sounds produced during the process of creating the wooden and metal objects. The sounds combined with projection on the objects results in an audiovisual installation where the digital world meets the natural world.
